Orders placed and received before Noon (Eastern Time) are shipped out the same business day. Orders received after Noon (Eastern Time) are shipped the next business day. Orders received on the weekend are shipped the next business day.

Holidays will delay order processing and shipping, as well as delivery by at least one business day.

We do not offer refunds. However- if you are unsatisfied with your product, we can exchange it for another item within 30 days of purchase. You must provide your receipt.
